The Hanover Recreation Endowment Fund was established in June 1991 under the leadership of co-chairmen, Roy Attlesberger and Steve Padjen. The fund to date has received donations and pledges in excess of $ 230,000.00.

This has enabled the fund to qualify for the matching contribution from the Borough of Hanover in the amount of $ 100,000.00. The Endowment Fund has been invested to provide maximum income. This income is being utilized for necessary improvements and completion of major projects.

Hanover's recreation program has been an outstanding public service. Its benefits to our citizens, especially the children, are invaluable and can never be measured.

The Hanover Area Baseball/Softball Parents Association helps the Recreation Program through its volunteer efforts in providing opportunities for youth.
